Callan Method's third step: reading and writing

Other learning skills are trained in this phase, such as the reading comprehension or the spelling, once the students have assimilated the vocabulary and grammar.

The keys on which the step is based are:

• Reading

Students can now read the words they have already learnt in class in a natural way, without the risk of getting confused in pronunctiation. Students will also train the correct intonation of the sentences.

• Dictation

Students train writing through dictations, exercising oral English comprehension without the support of the context. Being able to work with different teachers, they also get used to listen to different accents and intonations.
