Level Test
If you have not studied with us before or it has been a while since you last did, a placement test is required to determine your actual level of English. This placement test:
- Is completely FREE and involves no commitment.
- Lasts about 30 minutes (oral and written).
- You can book an appointment to take it by calling 93 415 54 52 before proceeding with registration, or through the website.
General terms and conditions
- CALLAN SCHOOL OF ENGLISH, S.L. with CIF B-63257935 provides students with the teaching staff and educational techniques it considers most appropriate for the characteristics of the course covered by this reservation, with the primary objective of achieving the student’s best comprehensive training.
- A student enrolled in a course is understood to occupy a place for the entire course and is considered obligated to pay the total price, even if, due to any circumstance, they cannot attend, without having the right to any refund or claim.
- One teaching hour of class consists of 50 minutes.
- If you have a flexible group rate and wish to make up a class, please contact the Secretariat and they will indicate the best time to do so, provided there is a place available.
- Group lessons can only be made up within the contracted course (week, month, or quarter as applicable) and provided there are places available. Classes will not be transferred to another non-contracted course.
- In Callan 30 or Callan 60 courses for the unemployed and reduced-rate courses, the schedule is mandatory as indicated in your registration and does not entitle you to make-up classes or schedule changes unless you pay the difference in rate compared to the normal course.
- Discounts on courses for the unemployed and reduced-rate courses cannot be combined with other discounts.
- One-to-one and one-to-two classes can only be made up with 48 working hours’ notice and always within the contracted course (maximum 2 changes of 1.5 h or 1 change of 3 h).
- Individual intensive courses (Super-intensives) must be contracted for consecutive weeks to benefit from the applied discounts. In these courses, private classes cannot be cancelled or changed and are always at a fixed time.
- Courses will not be certified with less than 75% attendance, the submission of a total of 4 written exercises (depending on level), and an exam pass mark of at least 60%.
- Callan School reserves the right not to open or to close a class if it does not reach the minimum number of students (4).
- National, Regional, or local holidays are considered NON-TEACHING days and therefore cannot be made up.

- Saint John’s Day: June 24, 2026
- The calendar of holidays and non-teaching days is available in the course catalogue and in your My Zone.
- Exams, exercises, or any material submitted by students will be destroyed after three months; therefore, it will not be possible to modify evaluations after this time.
- CALLAN SCHOOL OF ENGLISH, S.L. informs that classes or Social Club events may be recorded, or photographs may be taken during them, which CALLAN SCHOOL OF ENGLISH, S.L. may subsequently publish on its website or social media profiles for the purpose of promoting the entity’s services (if you do not wish for this processing, please inform us before the start of the event). You may revoke your consent at any time at info@callanschool.info.
- For the comfort and safety of all students and given the impossibility of allocating them an appropriate space in the centre, bicycles, tricycles, and scooters of any size, including folding ones, are prohibited from entering the school. The school will provide a free ticket so you can store them in a nearby car park. Please request it at reception.
- Courses may be taught in person or by electronic means (through a virtual classroom). Unless expressly established otherwise, the Centre may choose one of these modalities for organizational reasons for the delivery of the course.
- If these rules cannot be met, in case of necessity, and in any case, if the Authorities adopt any measure of confinement and/or cessation of economic activity, the centre may completely or partially replace in-person classes with classes held in a virtual classroom environment, tele-training, or another method, without this implying any modification to the course price.
- The change of training modality from in-person to virtual classroom or tele-training, based on the above circumstances or causes of force majeure, will not involve any variation in the fees to be paid by the student. These circumstances have been taken into account when establishing the course price.
Material and copyright
- Teaching material included in the English courses: choice between eBook or paper book (in case of loss or theft of the book, the student must pay 30 euros for its replacement).
- Total or partial reproduction of any material or platform (books or Audios, Exercises, etc.) of the Callan Method is prohibited as they are protected under copyright law.
Cancellation and payments
- If a student suspends their classes once the course has started, they must pay for it in full and the course will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Non-attendance does not exempt from payment of the fee under any circumstances.
- Amounts will not be refunded once the course has been paid for under any circumstances.
- The prices indicated are rates per person.
- Installment payments will not be accepted.
- Enrolment in a course does not imply a reservation of a place in subsequent courses.
The fact of enrolling presupposes the conformity and acceptance of all the conditions set forth here.

Purpose of the processing of your personal data

Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the Personal Data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated. Likewise, users guarantee they are over 14 years of age.
